The Somerset County Gazette reported on Glenn’s game at Taunton Vale. They said:

TAUNTON Vale has played its part in helping Lancashire-based golfer Glenn Turner to set a new world record.

He played 365 rounds on 365 different courses in 365 days in aid of the Association of Children's Hospices and the Rhys Daniels Trust.

Despite the inclement weather he managed to complete his 346th round at Vale last Thursday, before setting off in his motor home for the next course on his breakneck schedule!
